About

Who We Are

La Mision Children’s Fund (LMCFund) is a non-profit, all volunteer organization, offering resources to address extreme poverty and limited access to basic human necessities experienced by children and youth of Baja California, Mexico.

What We Do

Through our various programs, we strive principally to provide fundamental necessities for at-risk children and youth, including food, shelter, clothing, education and medical care.

How We Do It

La Misión Children's Fund solicits donations in the form of money, resources and supplies. Additionally, we partner with volunteer organizations to develop programs that either sustain ongoing projects or address critical needs. Our goal to support fundamental needs for at-risk children and youth in Baja California comes out of a compassionate view of our surrounding community and those who do not have basic opportunities needed to sustain life.

Cookbooks Still Available

Thank you for your interest in our cookbook "The Joy of Baja".

Our recipe contributions were so generous that the book has many more recipes, stories, photos and total pages than anyone could have anticipated and a great value at $19 each ($15 each for orders of 5 or more books).

Click-on.com in Rosarito has generously offered their service for anyone who has pre-paid for the cookbook and wants to pick them up. It is not necessary to have an account with Click-on.com and picking up your order there will save you shipping charges! If you are not able to get to Click-on.com we will ship to your US address (only).  We'll make sure you still get the books as soon as possible.

Due to unanticipated demand, almost all of our cookbooks have been pre-sold, but there are still some available.
